I'd go ahead and get a set of rechargable batteries & the recharger. Mine
came with an adapter cord so that I can charge it from my car's cigarette
lighter when I'm travelling. Very handy, since I go through batteries fairly
quickly.

+1 on the 128mb rather than 64mb card
