[thechat] Windows Phone Dialer help required

Hello Everybody,
Have anybody from you ever used Phone Dialer application provided with Windows
operating system? I have tried to use it many times but it always dials the
number (I hear those usual "toon toon taan taan" voices from modem) and after it
no response. I don't know where I am doing wrong. Any help will be appreciated.
