It should be noted that in the Pro version, you get IIS5.1, which is
like what came with 2KPro -- you can only run one website in it, but
it's fully functional otherwise and sufficient for localhost
development.

There is no equivalent to PWS/IIS for XP home. Some people have managed
to get IIS running on XP home by some sort of Frankenstein-esque process
involving Win2K Server discs, but YMMV on that one...

So if localhost development is a big deal, go with Win98SE (for PWS) of
XP Pro (for IIS).
