Sounds like authentic UK chinese food, only with less MSG and sweetener.
Which is why I don't usually like it, and why I'm distressed that when we
move house, I'll be moving 30 miles away from the first Chinese
restaurant/takeaway which has served me food I liked and could eat.

nfi if it's authentic, though.
