Hi Terry,

I think it was the Nixon regime that came up with one of my
all-time favorite spin phrases:

"Anticipatory Retaliation"

[It looked like he was going to hit me - so I hit him back - first!]

So we're not starting the fight ... {that would be 'aggresive' and
bad} ... we're just defending ourselves ... uh, before _they_ start
the fight!
