I right click on it and move the mouse up, thus it opens in a new tab of
my browser. I keep surfing, very happy. Otherwise, if you use target=""
for opening new windows, I get a new window which I can use, but am
pissed off at you, and if you're using javascript, I get a blank tab,
and don't bother opening any of your wonderful creations, merely because
of that design decision.
