Well, I wasn't sure what they were called in other parts of the world. No,
it's not a taco. What we get here is a squarish one square inch tray-like
crisp mould made from wheat flour, with a well to put filling in.

Here's what Krathong Thong is supposed to look like (left):

I can give you the recipe to make your own mould, but that's messy (and
difficult), so hopefully the photo will give you an idea. ;)
