Oops. I should've been more explicit. The ziplock bag is for mixing the
spice mix with the potatoes without making a mess. Take the potatoes out of
the bag before microwaving them. :p

In a conventional oven, you'd have spicy potato wedges garnished with
melted plastic. :))
