Your question is quite confusing. Please define "taxpayers" and difference
between "ideology" and "pure information". What are you trying to ask/proof, in
fact?

IMHO most western countries think of Arab countries, Iran and Afghanistan very
oppressive countries. Recent world events and media war has resulted that
western people have begun to doubt about other Muslim countries also. As far as
Arab countries are concerned there are *a few* oppressive countries. I have
visited two Arab countries and one of them has some unreasonably strict laws.
Afghanistan's political structure is very complex and very old. It has been a
problem for Pakistan as a neighbour.
Iran is much more free and flexible country than Arab countries, although, Iran
is not very favourite of west.
My opinion is that Pakistan must NOT be considered similar to Arab countries or
Afghanistan. Your question gave an impression like, perhaps, you were
considering Pakistan very similar to Arab countries or Afghanistan.

Cheer up man!
