Hi,

First response to this list so I hope I'm doing things right.

A great program I use is Mp3 Tag Studio @ http://www.magnusbrading.com/mp3ts/
It allows you to add/edit/delete all tag fields and you can also change a bunch of mp3's in one go.

I found the place to edit the copyright field in this program:

Select the mp3 file in the left hand window then go to the 'browse/edit tags & flags' tab then click the 'Advanced ID3v2 info' check box and a window will popup where you can enter the copyright field. Once you have entered it the 'Write!' button will become clickable, click it and you're done :)
