wow... missed 'em the first time around...

i have a similar batch from the storm buffalo got hit with a couple
years ago:

note the flaming garbage can party... it was right after xmas, and
people had food from or for parties, but couldn't get to them, and
we had two bartenders on the street... with about half-an-hour
notice, we had a full snow bar, all sorts of food, and a stack of
baby monitors on a chair... 6 hours outside, nobody went indoors,
we just hung out and ate...

lots of people seemed to go for the kahlua or bailey's and snow
mixed drinks... the beer ended up freezing partway through the
night...
