I thought I had a brilliant restaurant-related brainwave... if
you're covering large swathes of Asian cuisine, I thought it would
be cool to name the restaurant after whatever prehistoric
"supercontinent" present day Asia was part of (or, at least, most/
substantial hunks of it, anyway). That way, you're not restricting
yourself to a name that specifically sounds Chinese or Thai or
Malay or... whatever.

Unfortunately, Asia's predecessor supercontinent was "Laurasia",
which isn't necessarily a great name for a restaurant. I mean, I've
heard worse, but...

Anyway, "Laurasia" was the supercontinent which included North America,
Europe, and Asia, and one of two resulting from the break-up of Pangea.
The other was Gondwanaland, which included present-day India, Australia,
Antarctica, Africa, and South America (apparently).

Might give you an idea or two, anyway.

(or might not)

Ahh well, back to real work.

Paul.
