Hey, that isn't bad. It's got possibilities. Let me also run my thesaurus
on it. :)

As much as I'd like to use Madhu, MadMan, or "The Mad Chef" in some way, it
wouldn't work very well, for the reason I gave to Javier offlist, which is
that I'm not a "famous chef" yet for my name to carry any meaning. That
will be the name for my *second* restaurant. ;)
Also, my MadMan nick is known only to friends and family. Would you ask a
girl to go on a date with you to a place called "MadMan's"? :)

Naah, too nerdy. Would go against the ambience I'm trying to create. Oh
sure, it will have a good Web presence, but not *inside* the restaurant.

As I told another evolter yesterday, it's all hush hush for now, but as the
restaurant comes closer to its opening date, I'll be setting up a blog to
report its progress.
Also, could I ask for volunteers? Right now, I'm converting my recipes to
"standardised" recipes that use precise measures rather than "a bit of this
and a whack of that". I've done two so far: Laksa soup (heavenly) and Pad
Thai. As I keep creating them, I need volunteers with an interest in Asian
food to try making it for themselves and report on its taste.
So... anyone? I'll send a new recipe every 2-3 days.
Regards,
Madhu
