quite a while claimed to have evidence ...

AHA - Bush said it just now: "Powell will soon share information on how
Iraq has deceived the inspectors" - why wan't this information sooner?
Certainly not because they wanted the Inspections to continue to be
deceived?

Agreed, perhaps it shouldn't be shared with the general public ... but
even playing devil's advocate on myself ... assuming the US has shared
"enough" with the inspectors ... and the evidence wasn't bunk ...
wouldn't it be reasonable to give inspectors as much time they
want/need ... and share "enough" with the Security Council (to satisfy
France and Germany's skepticism).

PS. New Bushism from  tonight: "Fatherless children" (giving him the
benefit of the doubt, maybe that's a hint that he's going to change his
stance on cloning).
