My budget usually limits me to the occasional top
sirloin on sale. I bought some rib eyes at Costco a
while back and was blown away. Mmmmm. So, what are
some
other cuts that "are like butter"? Maybe when I get my
income tax refund I'll celebrate with a GOOD steak.
