Me and most of the rest of the world are with you Abbey!

Nomatter what, it pisses me off that the media has brainwashed everyone
into saying and thinking "THE war" instead of "the proposed military
action" or even "the possible war".

Who knows, this could just be a huge bluff to get Hussein to skedaddle
... it was widely publicized a few weeks ago that the initial air
campaign would be enormous: over 10 times as many missiles launched in
the first 48 hours as were used during the Gulf War:
02MILI.html> - or search news.google.com for irag "10 times" "48
hours". I seem to remember reading that it would equate to more bombs
than were dropped by the US during the entire Vietnam War. Any
non-sucidal half wit would think a whole lot before saying "OK, bring
it on!"

And if it's not a bluff, or the bluff is called and the plan works,
there wouldn't be much left of Iraq's military afterwards to mess with
too many ground troops.
