OK, you probably have one of these things going wrong:
1 - the power supply might be going bad
2 - you have something loose in your computer box
      (have you moved/bumped it lately?)
3 - your motherboard is slowly dying.

If you've moved your computer lately, or opened it and made
some changes, you might try opening it and reseating all
your plug-in boards, and gently pressing on socketed chips
and cable connections. If you haven't moved your system at
all, then this probably isn't the issue.

I'd go for power supply failure or something to do with or
on the motherboard starting to fail. Make sure your system
isn't overheating. Check your main case fan and also check
the CPU fan. Make sure they're working properly.
