Not if you do it right. ;)
Oh, it's funny when someone new to stir-frying tries to cook something like
spinach. Instead of a stir-fry, they end up with an ocean of water in the
wok. Hilarious. The way to do that, of course, is to blanch the spinach
first to collapse the cell walls and release the water, and *then* stir-fry
it.
I'm happy to see a food-related thread here. Has anyone been trying my
recipes yet? I need some motivation to post more.
