Hmm.. it's very careful to actually say that, but in my opinion it's
written in such a way as to make people believe that there is no link at
all. What is up with the American higher education system anyway? Hasn't
any President thought that making it easier for people to put their kids
through college would make them popular? Or is it more a case of *shock
horror* we can't take the money from that away from... the military!

Or is it just that they're too busy declaring wars or diddling interns?

I mean I'm pissed off enough at how much it costs to go through higher
education *here*.
