Any chance he'll reconsider that position? Naw...critical thinking and a
willingness to consider the available evidence is something sorely lacking
in the courts these days.

"Judy Loether's father, Albert H. Palya, died in a mysterious Air Force
plane crash in Georgia when she was 7 weeks old. The federal government paid
her mother $49,000 in compensation for his death, but fought all the way to
the US Supreme Court to avoid releasing details of the crash as a matter of
national security.
"Now, 54 years later, Loether has seen declassified documents showing that
poor maintenance and training, not a national secret, led to the engine fire
that doomed her father's B-29 Superfortress. Loether concluded that the
government lied to her mother, two other widows, and the courts to avoid
discussing a preventable airplane mishap."
