Logical, but a little naive.
It's not about disrupting the police/society/neighbours,
it's about getting media coverage. The blunt fact of the
matter is that people standing on steps holding placards
doesn't make for a picture that TV hasn't seen a million
times before.
No coverage = no campaign.
That said, I'm slightly at a loss as to how exactly I'd
organise a demo of 1m+ people which caused *no* disruption
anyway.
