Yes, I agree. It is a dark chapter of Pakistan's history. But it was 1971, not
1965 or 1948. Many of these troops were not ready to surrender but they were
obliged to do by the orders of a drunk military dictator General Yahya Khan. I
have already admitted this defeat and told that it was a conspiracy of USA, USSR
and India.
