<sarcasm>Gee, *that*'s going to protect the sheeple.</sarcasm>
Apparently it's not *too* complex a task to build a vehicle-launched
cruise missile in one's garage for under $5000US with a payload of 22kg.
Besides which, if flying over stadiums is banned, does anyone really
think that this would stop a suicidal pilot from doing so? CURE THE
FRICKING PROBLEM, STOP TREATING THE SYMPTOMS.
