[thechat] Video Question - jpg still from mov file?

Hi Gang,


I was up in Austin last weekend and, as part of the festivities, took a small video of the famous Austin 
bats with my video camera ... roughly a 7 Mb QuickTime [*.mov format] file.

It was pretty interesting, to me anyway. They didn't "blanket the skies" ... they surprised me by flying 
more or less in a single-file path. [Imagine a cluster of bats about 40 feet in diameter ... now stretch that 
out until its a line through the sky about 1/2 a mile in length ... whoa!  If you squint it kinda looks like an 
'anime' dragon undulating across the sky. A fascinating sight!]

Anyway, my question is: Is there any preferred shareware out there that will let me drop a still jpg or two 
out of that mov file?
