Well, Brother Hatch, a fellow Latter-day Saint, writes
hymns and, I dunno, Mormon Pop (?) songs. I haven't 
heard any but have heard that they are good 
representatives of the genre. Yeah, YMMV FWIW etc etc.

When I want "religious" music I fire up some Handel or
Bach or Faure or some hymns by the MTC.
