yes, i was being silly.

i personally wouldn't post a technical question to thechat, mainly because i
wouldn't be able to trust the response.

for example:

if i asked how everyone gets a poptart out of the toaster without burning
their fingers on the sprinkles, i would probably get the following
responses:

neuro:  "stick a fork in it"

ronL: " try throwing it in your hottub. everything is better in a hottub."

madhu: "roast the peanuts in a toaster, it will remove any bacteria
introduced by urine-stained fingers."

martin: "be aware this could be an accessibility issue, you may have a
lawsuit."
