OK, assume that you can't serve Tequila in your bar because of certain 
restrictions on imported liquor. You want to make drinks like Margarita or 
Long Island Iced Tea that *need* Tequila.

Is there any other alcohol or mix of spirits that would make a reasonable 
substitute?

While you're at it, what's your favourite cocktail? (If you drink 
cocktails, of course.)
