[thechat] Portuguese translation required

Hi everyone,

Is there anyone on thechat who can speak Portuguese? I had a 'user comment' 
left on one of my sites, and was hoping someone could translate it.

At least, I assume it's Portuguese; it contains the word 'Portugal', for a 
start, and it's about the movie "Love Actually", in which the character 
Lucia is Portuguese:

> LÚCIA ÉS A MELHOR!!!LEVAS PORTUGAL A TODAS AS FRONTEIRAS!!!NÓS
> JÁ VIMOS NO FESTIVAL DA CANÇÃO!!UM BEIJO GANDE PA TI!!

(apologies if encoding issues make this come out screwy, hopefully someone 
can read it anyway)
