Been using Netflix for three months, and no complaints so far. DVD
turnaround is 2-3 days from when I send one back to when I get a new
one. (I am pretty close to a shipping center.)

However, if you look around, you'll find a lot of complaints about:
a) Service quality declining after a few months. Availability for
popular movies goes from "Now" to "Later".
b) Service quality declining when you rent "too many" movies (more
than is profitable for Netflix to send you.) This is when people start
seeing delays in new movies being shipped.

You may also want to look into GreenCine, http://www.greencine.com/ (I
have no personal experience with them). GreenCine offers:
- $19.95/month, which is how much Netflix charged until 2-3 months ago.
- Porn (Netflix has no adult material)
- Better selection, according to some. (I cannot confirm this.)
