Actually, they don't. They don't have an owner's name or address on 
the site, the only contacts are email and an 800 number, and the 
domain name is cloaked by Whois Privacy Protection Service, Inc. 
lives in Bellevue, Washington.

The site itself is on an XO IP in Phoenix, but the time there is 43 
minutes slow for Phoenix. Looks like they could take your money 
without delivering anything, and you'd have a hard time finding anyone 
to collect from.
