Sorry it wasn't more obvious, but that was me being ruefully facetious. I know next to 
nothing about trademark law, but since evolt isn't marketing a camera or any 
product at all competing with Olympus and vice versa, I'd expect we'd get 
laughed out of court in the first nanosecond, if it made it that far in the first place.
