Congrats on your restaurant, that's great news.

Last night I was uploading my early weblog archives into my new blog 
engine and I made a comment when I met you, on 11/19/2001, what a long 
time ago!

I love Joel's suggestion, give away invitations for the lanuch of a new 
dish on different months, sweet!
