Eagle Brand is *condensed* milk. 

Take 2.5 cups of milk and remove water until it's 1 cup of milk. 
That's evaporated milk. 

Add 1.25 cups of sugar to the evaporated milk and warm it until the 
sugar has completely dissolved. That'll give you condensed milk.
