You're speaking of Mercy Point. It doesn't show up in a search for DVDs or VHS on Amazon though, so I imagine you probably wouldn't be able to track it down, unfortunately.

A quick google yields some really old stuff, a few fansites, and the general TV show info archives, but that's about it. 

Interesting bit from http://www.jumptheshark.com/m/mercypoint.htm - it was basically cancelled due to the mostly glass-walled set, which required lots of extra expensive on-set time for all the actors involved.
