I guess it depends on what you call a "game."   and I think it depends 
on your coworkers.  An insecure or egoistic boss or coworker will 
certainly play power games, in my experience it's quite common.  hell, 
I've even been known to run a game of "good cop/bad cop."  I've taken 
either role...
