we used it back when it was Blue Ocean Track-It, before Intuit bought the
company. good tool with a clunky interface. but we did quite a bit of
research and in 2003 we couldn't find anything better.

the helpdesk tool (is it still included?) was worthwhile too. again, clunky,
but functioned as expected.
