so far, no one on admin is afraid of the theforum... in fact, it has 
been welcomed by all who've spoken about it... your perception is 
a bit off on that point...

however, admin wants to make sure that, before handing over the 
keys to the store, theforum knows how and why evolt was formed, 
how we do things now, and why we do them... that's natural in a 
transfer of ownership...

alternatively, admin could close up shop, and theforum could both 
try to plan long-term *and* run the day-to-day, without any 
guidance or documentation...

admin is being cautious, that's all...

i don't mind moving that thread here, but it's a bit of noise to the 
longer-term planning that's starting to happen here...
