[Theforum] survey app

I've put online a shitty little application I built that could help us
brainstorm questions for the proposed evolt.org survey. It's done with CF,
and uses an Access datasource:

Now, it works fine in IE5 (as long as you avoid using single or
double-quotes in the fields -- I'm too lazy to fix that right now even
though it's a 1 minute job).

It doesn't, however, appear to work in Netscape6.2 and probably won't work
in other browsers either. I might have more time later to work that out
though.

Anyway, use the two little forms to add sections and questions. That should
be self-explanatory. To edit a section, click on it, edit, and hit enter
(it's a little form). Same with a question.

To delete a section (and its related questions), you clear the value and hit
enter. Same with individual questions.

To change the status of a question, you click the coloured box to cycle
through the modes. I can change the mode names if anyone has better
suggestions. "Worthwhile" means "yeh, this is pretty good, and it's likely
to be included". Not the best word for it actually, but anyway. Questions
will be green ("ideas") by default. Once we have enough agreement on them,
we'll push them through red, and then to grey.

Yell out if you have questions. Try it out and put in your ideas. It's like
a structured whiteboard, so try not to erase anyone elses input! :)
