well, as one of the non-minority (although i don't know who that 
was), i was in favor of the process list strictly for documenting what 
we do... after all, we all saw the value in having a training manual 
for new admins, as well as a place we could all reference (what's 
our standard denial reply?  who has the passwords for the list?  
where are the newest files of the site?  etc.)...

another goal was to come up with new processes where we could 
to both streamline things and enable anyone to do any task without 
having to worry if it was right or wrong...

some of that will happen here, as i've already seen from some of 
the rather insightful posts from the non-admins...

that's often the case now, since thesite handles a lot of the 
development... admin has/had other duties as well, but with the 
goals of this list, some of that falls away... ok, most of it...
