Yup, essentially the same as the UK Data Protection stuff:
*) Tell people what data you're collecting
*) Tell people why you're collecting each piece
*) Tell them what you're doing to do with it
*) Give them a right of access to data that's held
And make sure that you follow the principles that data is:
* fairly and lawfully processed;
* processed for limited purposes;
* adequate, relevant and not excessive;
* accurate;
* not kept longer than necessary;
* processed in accordance with the data subject's rights;
* secure;
