True, that's the main reason (along with why stuff that isn't so
successful isn't so successful), but there's a nice secondary
benefit - "Do you do xyz" also says "Hey, did you know we have
xyz?"

For people who've not heard of the thing in question, it's a nice
subtle promotion.
