cool, way to 'build community' ;)

one thing i've done to address this is add a 'Recently on thelist' box
sidebar that shows the last 5 threads from thelist and links to them in
the archive.. it's not *huge* but for the short time we had it working
last spring, it was probably sending 10-20 people a day to the archives,
which is A Good Thing(tm)..
