did i say putting it in a place that isn't user-accessible?

all i'm saying is that things that are login dependent could be in their own
container, giving the part of the cms that displays the content alittle bit
of a breather (with some obvious exceptions).

no, this is concept, not implementation.  it's in the right-place, albeit a
bit technical for this list.
