Looks good to me .. one suggestion would be to include a mechanism that
allows for selection of who gets to vote on what.  I think Isaac/Matt have
included that in the DB design they were talking about on thesite.  In
general, meaning that one person can belong to more than one group .. and
have the power to vote on different issues.

One question, if I understand correctly, you specs indicate that the results
of the vote will not be available until the vote closes?  Is that correct?
Or is it after the 50%+1 number of registered voters have voted then the
results are available?  My point being if there's a vote slated to last a
week, but the results are in after a day, it would be nice to know the
results earlier then the said closing date.  Just a thought of course.

I'd need to go back and look at the proposed DB design in greater detail,
but I'll assume the person that enters the vote will be able to track its
results at any time?
