+1.  polling should not be anonymous or we can't guarantee single votes.

i wish i could read it but the wiki is throwing a zope error on nearly every
page for me right now.  not sure what that's all about.

i'd like to see the finalized database architecture for this before it's
settled on as being the final design.  i've built a fair number of
applications like this and may have some insight to share.
