i was very pleased with the quality of shirts we produced last time.  the
quality problems i was referring to had to do with a shirt i ordered from
cafepress.  after a half-dozen washings the color was starting to fade and
the printing was starting to crack and peel off.

agreed, which is why i'd be hard-pressed to go to someone like cafepress for
the orders.  alot of the upfront costs of printing have already been taken
care of.  things like embroidery tape, screens, etc.  to be cost-effective,
we simply have to place orders of large enough quantities.

well, that would require agreeing on what exactly we're going to be
ordering -- something we've had trouble with in the past.
