[Theforum] table with small image

Hi,

I have a site (still designing) which contains of 3 frames (top, left, middle). In the left frame is the menu and is built in tables. At the utmost right of the table I placed a vertical chroom bar. At my screen it seems ok but when looking at other screensizes I saw that the bar disapperars or is placed over the menu. What did I wrong?
