But how could that be? Any member can join a MonkeyGroup,
and get nominated onto the SteeringGroup. It's an open system,
not a closed one which invites people into the magic circle.

It must be fair

It must be seen to be fair, so that no-one can justifiably say "It's not
fair" - we should be able to close down complaints pretty near instantly
by pointing to a URL and saying " This is why it's fair - this is where
we decided that". This will provide protection for those who implement
stuff -as long as they're doing what's agreed, they are not open to
criticism.
