beo's march bandwidth usage (based on totaling up file extensions for known
executables) amounted to greater than 83% of total bandwidth or
approximately 82 megs of the 99 transferred.

i'm in favor of doing something like that -- especially given the amount of
bandwidth beo sucks down each month.
