The Amazon Honor System (aka "tip jar") can be found at:

There's a bunch of FAQs and links on that page, but here's the quick &
dirty:

 * You have to have a US-based checking account for the money to be
deposited into.
 * Money is deposited after a 30 grace period, so the donor has some time to
think about it and request a refund.
 * They give you a graphic for people to click on (presumably this can be
replaced as long as the <a href> remains intact, but you'd have to check
their TOS)
 * They take 15% of each tip, plus $0.15 every time a tip is made.
